公共管理硕士MPA专业学位是为了适应公共管理现代化、科学化的要求而设立的，培养目标是为政府部门和非政府公共机构培养具备德才兼备，能适应社会主义现代化建设需要的高层次、复合型、应用型的公共管理专门人才。学生从这个项目毕业后，多进入政府部门，非盈利机构，或咨询机构成为管理者:

1) 行政管理就业前景：主要到机关、党政企事业单位、社会团体从事管理工作以及对接科研工作。

2）公共事业管理：主要到文化、教育、体育、卫生、环保等公共事业单位或行政管理部门从事管理工作。

3）土地资源管理：主要为国土、城建、房地产以及相关领域从事土地调查、土地利用规划、地籍管理及土地管理。

4）劳动与社会生活保障：主要到政府管理部门、政策研究部门、大中型企事业单位从事劳动与社会发展保障企业工作。

1.要求申请人本科学位，专业不限，均分80-85+

2.两年以上全职工作经验

3.托福89或者雅思总分6.5单项5.5
