NTU新加坡南洋理工大学语言学与多语言研究专业 BA Linguistics and Multilingual Studies​ 开设在人文学院下为期四年的本科课程。LMS 专业让毕业生深入了解人类知识和行为中最有趣的方面之一，同时向他们介绍相关学科。由于语言是所有人类活动的一个组成部分，语言学研究为跨学科的讨论和研究提供了有利的平台。 LMS 的跨学科性质确保学生通过接触各种学科，如社会学、传播学、计算机科学、教育、听力和言语科学、法律、文学、哲学和心理学，获得扎实的通识教育。南洋理工大学的 LMS 课程补充了相关领域的课程，并鼓励学生超越其特定领域进行思考。主修 LMS 的学生可以围绕该领域或专业的不同方面来组织他们的学习。例如，学生可能决定专注于语言是如何获得和处理的（语言思维和多语言专注）；语言如何与社会和文化力量（多语言社会和多元文化主义浓度）、语言学习和教学（应用英语语言学浓度）相关联。

Students can pursue in-depth studies in any of the four categories in the Linguistics and Multilingual Studiesprogramme such as (A) Language,Mind and Multilingualism, (B) Multilingual Societies and Multiculturalism, (C) Language Structure, (D) Language and Technologies, or (E) Special Topics in Linguistics.
