LSE 在申请上难度颇大，对均分有着非常严格的要求。整体录取上的同学均为中国国内排名前60的学校学生，在我申请的 2020-2021申请季，学校排位在国内前 20的同学，均分需达到 85 以上；学校排位在国内 20 名以后的同学，均分可能需要90 以上。

其次是雅思要求，根据不同的专业分为三个不同的档位，我的专业要求小分不低于 6.5，总分不低于 7。不过在申请的时候没有考到也是没关系的，只要在正式入学之前提交合格的雅思分数即可，再不济，可以考虑入读学校开设的语言班。

在我的了解中，Gender Department 和 Media and CommunicationDepartment 的中国学生都有非常优秀的学术背景，而且做事非常认真。也许同学们的本科专业五花八门，但都很用功地去完成现阶段的任务。
