Academic entry qualification
First-year application
A complete application includes:
• The application itself
• Self-reported high school grades (Students who plan to attend Purdue are required to provide official, final transcripts.)
• An old or new SAT or ACT test score (sent directly from the agency)
• The application fee (or qualified fee waiver)
Transcripts will be necessary for applicants whose high school grading system is not compatible with the self-reported grades section of the application.
Most students apply to Purdue using the Common Application OR Coalition Application (not both and we have no preference). These require you to provide a personal essay and answer Purdue-specific questions.
