Academic entry qualification overview

A Bachelor’s degree with Honours; OR A Bachelor’s degree in a construction or real estate related discipline; OR Corporate membership of a relevant professional institution with a substantial experience in the construction or real estate sectors.

Relevant employment in industry, commerce or public administration is preferred. In exceptional circumstances, applicants with qualifications other than those mentioned above may be admitted.

English language requirements

A Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 80 for the Internet-based test or 550 for the paper-based test;ORAn overall Band Score of at least 6 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).

学术入学资格

持有荣誉学士学位；或持有与建筑或房地产相关学科的学士学位；或建筑或房地产学相关专业学会之专业会员。拥有工业、商业或公共行政相关工作经验者更佳，在特殊情況下，具备上述入学要求以外之其他资格的申请人也可被录取。

托福纸质考试成绩为550分以上，托福网上考试成绩为80分以上。雅思成绩最低6分
