Standardized Tests

You must have a minimum cumulative TOEFL or IELTS score of 100 on the Internet-Based TOEFL (iBT), 600 on the Paper-Based TOEFL (PBT) or 7 overall band score on the IELTS.

Applicants must request that ETS send an official score report to the Harvard University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences using code 3451.
