Academic entry qualification overview

This course is suitable for graduates or experienced practitioners in related disciplines, such as architecture, engineering, facilities management, building surveying, social science or planning. Applicants should normally hold a first or second class Honours degree in a relevant subject area or have appropriate professional experience.

English language requirements

 IELTS offer: 6.5 (no less than 5.5 in any individual component)；TOEFL iBT offer: 90

学术入学资格

本课程适合本科毕业生或是相关领域有经验的从业者，比如建筑师，工程师，设备管理 ，建筑测量，社会科学或规划。申请人在相关领域持有一等（相当于我们国内985、211重点院校本科平均分85分以上，非211重点院校本科平均分要求90分以上）或二等荣誉学位（相当于我国985、211大学本科平均分成绩至少在80分以上、非211大学需要85分左右），或有相应的工作经验。

英语要求

雅思6.5单项不低于5.5；托福IBT 90分
